Our design idea for the project was to combine all the best of the yoo studio experience in our projects across the world over the last 15 years and to distil the essence of this to create a truly luxurious and comfortable home.

We always try to ensure the use of materials and fittings are both elegant and durable, with a timeless sophistication but also with contemporary twist to create some fun and surprise.

The Villa is set up in plan in a truly classical arrangement with arrival into a central rotunda with sweeping stair to first floor. All primary rooms are arranged around this wonderful central hall and are also interconnected between. In spite of the historical reference we believe this works very well as both a formal device for receiving guests as well as allowing great communication for a family. It also allows for flexibility in use of the spaces at different times of day and with the fabulous top deck the ultimate private party venue.
